ANDALOU Naturals Apricot Probiotic Cleansing Milk

Milk cleansers and I have not been well aquainted in the past. The ones I’ve used always seemed to fail at cleansing my skin or removing my make-up completely. Step 1, ANDALOU Naturals Apricot Probiotic Cleansing Milk is a gentle milky cream good for cleansing lightly make-up covered skin. Although it didn’t remove my liquid foundation completely, I am still a fan of this product. The scent is also a fruity, berry like one, quite uplifting and a rather nice way to start the day. I found using a dime size amount is ample to cleanse my face. After rinsing and drying, it leaves my skin feeling refreshed and utter so lightly moisturized. I am a big fan of drinking almond milk but confess I haven’t applied it to my face before. Key ingredients that make me smile: almond milk, sweet almond oil, probiotic complex, Fruit stem cells, grape seed polyphenols, mango butter, rosehip and borage oils.

Marketing label: Fruit Stem Cell complex and probiotic microflora calm irritation and stimulate cell turnover for improved dermal immunity. Nourishing aloe vera, apricot and borage oils gently loosen and remove make-up and impurities while restoring intracellular moisture and a healthy glow.

After using this cleanser for 2.5 weeks, I agree that my skin feels nourished and calm despite the harsh, frigid weather. When my skin felt a little dry and cracked, this product helped add enough moisture in this cleansing step to prevent my skin from becoming raw. Not good enough to remove all my make-up but very good for using on a minimal to no make-up day. I would definitely keep this cleanser in the drawer for when my face feels irritated or just a bit dry.
