Last June, I started my blog by touching on the subject of wellness and small steps we could take towards improving our health.
Where are you today on your wellness spectrum?
Are you working less hours at the office? Taking at least 5-10 minutes a day to meditate? Exercising more? Choosing healthier food choices?
With New Year’s but a few days away, we always think “oh another year” we have all the time in the world to work on goals.
While a portion of that is true, I really want to challenge you to work on realistic goals to improve your health. I want you to challenge yourselves to lose that weight, work less hours, exercise more and live more balanced lives. There’s no time like the present to become healthier. Don’t wait until your health is on the line to make positive change; in your behaviors and in your thinking. We must be proactive starting now. Just think about some of your favorite activities. How would you feel if you could no longer do them. That would be sad right?
